1 cup of sour cream
1 tablespoon of flour
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Preparation

1. **Preparation of the meat:** In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat and brown the strips of meat until they are well cooked. Remove the meat and set aside.
